Connection Valley

I made this piece for the blog of a dear friend of mine quite recently, who was hoping to touch on the topic of loneliness and how we're all connected to the world around us even if we're alone. Ultimately, we didn't end up using this illustration on the blog, but it's a nice piece so I thought I'd put it up here for people to see instead.
There's a little geeky Easter Egg hidden within this picture which is attached to a franchise with a radically different feel to it from this illustration, so you score many brownie points if you're able to find it. ;)
