When I was still working as a practical model maker a few years back, I made the larger airship in this picture as a 1:100 model as part of a commission. The model was made from a variety of materials including, but by no means limited to, various woods (primarily balsa), metal, fibreglass, resin, and plastic. The smaller orange airship, which is decidedly more fantastical in its design, I made as a part of my third year at university in a somewhat similar fashion to the larger commission ship to a scale which, alas, I don't remember. Since I had plenty of photographs of both of these models, including some of them in front of green screens, I decided to put this airship chase picture together in Photoshop as a personal piece. It's quite an old piece now and doesn't represent what I can do now, but I feel it still holds up nicely and is worth posting for posterity.
